DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 working days. Once we generate a shipping label your order will be updated, you will then receive an email with tracking information where you will be able to track on the Royal Mail website or app.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders that are send out. this is a fully tracked service and a tracking number will be provided when your order has been dispatched. While we try to keep a full stock of all components there may be times there will be a slight delay while we wait on stock arriving.
For Dealership Reproduction Plates we aim to have proofs send via email within 48 hours for you’re conformation before we move forward, Once this has been confirmed your order will be made, packed and sent out.
Please note - once the package is in the hands of the courier (Royal Mail) we have no further control over any delays on their side.
COLLECTION

If you are local and would like to collect your order, please select this option at the checkout, Collection will only be available when a date and time is agreed via email or contact form between us, please include your order number with any collection enquire emails.
REFUND POLICY

At Prestigious Plates we aim to provide a top quality service using the best material and components currently on the market. If you receive your plates damaged or (we) have mad a mistake on the plate we will be happy to replace the item or refund you.
However if anything other than above occurs we cannot offer you a refund as each numberplate is unique to you and we cannot reuse them.
CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us asap, We aim to fulfil orders as quick as possible and unfortunately once the numberplates are made you will be unable to cancel your order, however refunds will be made on postage & additional fitting kits (if purchased).
